They also have the chance of downloading all technical documents, user manual, tutorials files, and spare parts catalogue. This new system assists our clients in contacting our technician team in using a visio application that makes easier the discussions.

Finally, we are using the virtual reality during the definition of the machine. The virtual reality enables us to show and explain in a simple way technical solution to our clients. The 3D representation enables us to assist our clients in the layout of their working station in order them to be ergonomic and operational.
